Usage Instructions
- Fill the lower chamber with water up to the vent
- place filter in the pot, and fill with your favourite ground coffee (do not compress it down!)
- Screw the top section on, making sure the filter and rubber gasket are in placefor a secure seal
- Place the pot onto your cooking appliance and heat. If using gas, do not use a flame larger than the base of the pot
- When you hear loud bubbling, and the coffee has ceased flowing from the centre funnel inside the pot, it should be removed from the heat and is ready to serve.
Cleaning Instructions:
All three sections should be at least rinsed after use when the pot is cool - do not attempt to unscrew the pot whilst hot to avoid burns. It is recommended to periodically also remove and clean the seal and filter in the bottom of the top section of the pot to help ensure effective function of the pot. Help the environment by disposing your coffee grounds in compost, or your food waste bin
